Elevations Residential Treatment Center is a program that specializes in working with struggling teens. We use a dynamic, integrated approach, encompassing a wide variety of services, to help adolescents overcome the daily struggles that keep them from reaching their potential.   At Elevations we strive to provide a working environment that fosters teamwork, growth and support.

Our program is a great place for those who are interested in working in the Behavioral Health field and who find satisfaction in helping adolescents make positive changes to their lives. Must be at least 21 years old, possess strong customer service skills, and able to multi-task . Salary commensurate with experience. Full benefits package available for full time positions.
