Elevations RTC Joins EOSIS Utah: Clinician-Driven Residential Care Continues Under New Organizational Partnership

Syracuse, Utah-based residential treatment center for adolescents becomes part of behavioral health organization EOSIS, operating as EOSIS Utah.

Elevations, a residential treatment program for adolescents of all genders ages 13–18, has joined EOSIS, a behavioral health organization based in Minnesota, as part of a broader acquisition of five Utah-based behavioral health programs now operating together as EOSIS Utah.

The acquisition brings together Elevations RTC, Seven Stars, The Approach, ViewPoint Center, and Solstice West under the EOSIS Utah umbrella. Each program will continue to operate independently, maintaining its clinical model, student milieu, admissions process, and day-to-day care. For Elevations, this means no current changes to programming, enrollment, or the interdisciplinary team its referral partners and families rely on.

Elevations has built its reputation as a clinician-driven program supporting adolescents navigating trauma, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, behavioral challenges, and substance use — with on-site medical and psychiatric services, college preparatory academics, and therapeutic recreation integrated into a comprehensive residential model with a “high-school” feel. The partnership with EOSIS brings organizational depth in behavioral health systems, continuum-based care, and family-centered treatment, reinforcing rather than redirecting that foundation.

EOSIS brings a track record of building and sustaining connected levels of care — from acute intervention through long-term recovery support — across a comprehensive behavioral health continuum. While EOSIS’ Minnesota programs serve an adult population, their understanding of how mental health, family impact, and recovery intersect at every stage of care aligns directly with the work Elevations does with adolescents and families every day.

“EOSIS is excited to support what we’ve built,” said Laura Burt, Director of Business Development. “The clinical team, the therapeutic model, and the normalized campus environment our students and families count on are continuing. Through EOSIS, we have greater support in strengthening that continuum of care we’ve been focused on providing through our campus of programs.”

Throughout this transition, Elevations remains dedicated to continuity of care for current students and families, consistent support for referring professionals, and the same standard of clinical excellence that has defined the program. Elevations is excited about the possibilities this partnership makes possible and grateful for the continued trust families place in the EOSIS Utah continuum: Elevations, Seven Stars, The Approach, ViewPoint Center, and Solstice West — each of which has shared its own announcement regarding this partnership.

Professionals and families with questions about this transition are encouraged to reach out to the Elevations or EOSIS teams directly.
