Taylor Smith, RN-BSN
Director of Nursing
Taylor graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Eagle Gate College. After graduating she proceeded to work as a Labor and Delivery Nurse. She joined the Elevations team in 2019 and has always been a strong advocate for Mental Health services and the LGBTQIA+ community. Prior to working at Elevations, Taylor worked in various facilities such as Geriatrics, Adult Mental Health, as well as Labor and Delivery/Postpartum. Taylor has loved her time working at Elevations and says, “it’s the most rewarding job I could ask for.” Taylor looks forward to continuing her career as the Director of Nursing at Elevations.
In her spare time, she loves spending time with her German Shepherd Timber, going on hikes, going to the dog park, or playing in the river. She also enjoys spending time with her loved ones, painting, camping, and traveling.
