Normalized Co-Ed High School Setting
HELP YOUR CHILD REDISCOVER THE PERSON THEY ARE
Our co-ed academic program looks and feels like a regular high school, which is a perfect setting for practicing healthy relationships and improving social skills. Our academic program prepares students for future academic success. Unlike other schools for troubled teens, we offer college preparatory classes which help students feel equipped for the educational progression to a college setting. Many of the teens who attend Elevations RTC find academic success after graduating from our program.
Accredited Teachers & Curriculum
Unlike other residential treatment centers who utilize self-directed online courses in their academic program, Elevations has experienced, licensed teachers in a school classroom setting (including a full gym, library, and art studio). Our accredited teachers meet with students in person, fostering growth within each and every student throughout their time at Elevations RTC. Our teachers provide an individualized classroom experience, with small class sizes and personalized academic plans. Students also participate in assemblies, field trips, and yearly graduation.
Elevations RTC, one of the top schools for troubled teens, follows a traditional school year offering 4 quarters per year in which a student can earn 1.5 credits each quarter. We have 6 licensed teachers who are all licensed in their specific content area.
As one of the top schools for troubled teens, Elevations RTC’s school curriculum is fully accredited with the Utah Department of Education, the California Department of Education and the Northwest Association of Accredited Schools. This means credits transfer when a student returns to their home school. Unlike other schools for troubled teens, our accredited academic program provides the tools necessary to help the transition back home run smoothly.
