Tiffany has always been passionate about working with teens and she finds so much personal growth and joy in working with this population. She graduated from Weber State University with her Bachelors in psychology and started working in the residential field immediately. After working as a direct care staff and a team director, she knew that she wanted to help our students in a new capacity, eventually graduating with her master’s degree from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology.
Holding multiple positions at Elevations really enhances her perspective as a clinician as she can tap into these experiences and utilize alternative approaches as needed. She uses a relationship-based approach and heavily focuses on building a trusting therapeutic relationship to help create safety for the difficult work our students do. In addition to focusing on relationships, she takes a holistic approach and works with our students to help understand and enhance the mind-body connection, learning how to be present and find more peace within themselves.
In her spare time, she plays with her wonderful dogs, Arrow and Vali, and enjoys outdoor activities with her husband. She also has a creative side and likes to make jewelry, paint, and craft.
If I had to pick just one word it would be "transformative." Tiff has been able to connect with Fin in a way that no other therapist has, and we've been through several. Tiff took the time to understand Fin, build a connection with him, develop trust with him, and she has been able to get Fin to open up about things in ways that he hasn't before. And she's helped Fin implement DBT skills in ways that other therapists simply have not been able to do. In addition to her professional skill and experience, she clearly cares about Fin and has a genuine interest in helping him thrive; it's evident in the incredible results we've seen so far.

Tiffany...She possesses an exceptional skill set that enabled our son and our family to get our lives back on track. Through one-on-one counseling with our son - and family counseling with mom, dad, and son - we were able to make great strides in self-restoration and family restoration.
She was the first therapist in our difficult journey that actually made an impact on our son and family. She set the course for long-term healing. She equipped our son with skills to address his depression, anxiety, panic attacks, self-harm, and substance use disorder. She orchestrated an environment for mom, dad, and son to better communicate and respect one another.

Tiffany has helped and supported the healing process of our family, my interaction and communication with our daughter has improved significantly. She has instilled and encouraged our family in using validation and owning it so it is authentic in our communications. On a personal note, I find myself being more mindful , accepting of the things that I cannot control, and working on what I can control & change in myself.
