Meet Our Clinical Director

Meet Jennifer Maddock, LMFT

Jennifer is our Clinical Director and a Primary Therapist here at Elevations. She is a seasoned professional, well-versed in navigating the intricacies of complex family systems, whose skill set helps our team navigate the landscape of mental health.

Jennifer’s comprehensive training spans a diverse spectrum, addressing challenges ranging from trauma and self-harm to mood regulation, unhealthy eating patterns, behavioral issues, foster care complexities, and family conflict. This breadth of expertise equips her to assist individuals of all ages, including families, children, adolescents, and adults, as they navigate these multifaceted challenges.

Jennifer plays a pivotal role as the core clinician for our comprehensive family support programming. Her dedication to supporting families is evident through her multifaceted involvement, where she not only hosts the parent support group but also takes the lead in teaching two weekly classes on Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) skill training for parents.

Beyond these essential contributions, Jennifer organizes the Parent Pathways, an extended retreat exclusively designed for parents. Her active role in orchestrating and running the majority of our family-oriented programs underscores the significance of the family component in our overall programming.

Jennifer adopts a client-centered approach, recognizing that clients are the experts on their own life experiences. Her treatment philosophy is rooted in hope, driven by strength, and holistic in nature. Her role is to guide individuals toward the changes they desire but may not know how to achieve, fostering an environment of empowerment and self-discovery.

Jennifer finds immense joy in her work, consistently witnessing people grow and change. Her genuine commitment to making a positive impact is evident in every aspect of her role at Elevations.
